Option 1
FPX Instant Payment (Online Banking)
- Select FPX Instant Payment
- Fill in the payment form:
- Email (for receipt)
- Phone number
- Loan number (must be entered in the Description field)
- Payment amount
- Select your bank
- Tick “I agree to the Terms & Conditions of Instant Pay Service”
- Click Proceed to FPX
- You will be redirected to your bank’s online banking page
- Log in and confirm via OTP
- Check that our company’s name is shown as recipient
- Confirm the payment
- You will receive confirmation, and your loan account will be updated automatically
Please make sure you enter your loan number correctly
Option 2
DuitNow Online Banking
- Open your bank’s mobile app or online banking.
- Select DuitNow Transfer / DuitNow Payment.
- Choose DuitNow ID type (usually “Business Registration Number” or “Account Number”).
- Enter the following details

- Enter your loan amount.
- In the “Notes” or “Reference” section, write your loan number or IC number.
- Confirm and complete the transfer.

Option 3
Bank Deposit / Manual Transfer
- Go to your bank’s branch counter or cash deposit machine (CDM).
- Select Bank Transfer / Deposit
- Enter the following details

- Enter the payment amount
- Please don’t forget to write down your loan number or IC number in the “Notes/Reference” section
- Confirm and complete the transfer

reflected in your account - You will receive confirmation, and your loan account will be updated automatically
Bank deposits may take longer to verify, but your loan account will be updated once funds are received
